Flight doesn't work correctly with the ring #2202

Exact ProjectE version (do not say "latest", "latest on Curse", or similar): ProjectE-1.18.2-PE1.0.1 Exact Forge version: Forge 40.1.20 Link to crash log (please use a paste site, do not attach the .txt or paste the log inline): There is no crashlog, as there isn't a crash.

Steps to reproduce: Install All The Mods 7

  1. Add ProjectE
  2. Add ProjectE Expansion
  3. Add Ars Magicka Legacy
  4. Add CC Modded
  5. Add Vampirism
  6. Add Deep Mob Learning Reforged
  7. Add Gobber
  8. Add Enigmatic Legacy

What I expected to happen: I double jump and fly when it is filled with EMC[Takes EMC from inventory.]

What happened instead:

I double jump, fly for a bit, about 24 seconds normally, and double jumping no longer works till I drop the item and put it back into the curios slot.

I suspect it is an issue with curious integration or something similar.
