PLEASE accept this and push a new version to curseforge so people can enjoy 1.12.2 without a broken item. I understand if you don't want to support 1.12.2 i've done literally all the work for you ;) Fixes https://github.com/sinkillerj/ProjectE/issues/1958

I again tested this myself and it seems fine. Eye works. my world didn't explode. My PC isn't on fire. Seems good.

How did you made it? I'm know nothing in working with code, also on GitHub, but want to make EE2 on 1.12.2 usable(
