Swiftwolf's Rending Gale stops working when any item is in hand (also heppens with curios) #2318

Exact ProjectE version: 1.20.1-PE1.0.1

Exact Forge version: 47.2.6

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Put Swiftwolf's Rending Gale in hotbar. (do not put in hand)
  2. Ensure that you have EMC for the ring.
  3. Go to survival mode.
  4. Fly.
  5. While flying, select any item in your hotbar, even the ring.

What I expected to happen: I expect to continue flying.

What happened instead: I stop flying.
