[1.20.1] EMC values missing and blank mapping.toml file. #2323

Exact ProjectE version (do not say "latest", "latest on Curse", or similar): ProjectE-1.20.1-PE1.0.1.jar

Exact Forge version: 47.2.0

Link to crash log (please use a paste site, do not attach the .txt or paste the log inline): There is no crash log.

Steps to reproduce: Installing the mod and running the game.

What I expected to happen: All EMC applicable Items to have an EMC value.

What happened instead: All EMC values are missing and the mapping file is blank, but the mod still runs fine.

Even using in-game commands to set EMC values does not add them. Items still remain without a value afterwards.

Maybe this is a different issue, but I had no EMC values for anything while running on a Linux server with ProjectE Integration mod also installed. When running singleplayer on Windows with the exact same mod list and configuration, EMC worked fine. Removing ProjectE Integration fixed it, though I expect without that mod I won't have as many items with EMC values.
