Exact ProjectE version (do not say "latest", "latest on Curse", or similar): Global

Exact Forge version: Global

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Launch Minecraft Forge with Project E and Gobber2 on any version

What I expected to happen: Gobber2 items and blocks have EMC values

What happened instead: Gobber2 items do not have any EMC values
