upgrading R on hub #155

Currently the hub is using R 4.0.5. move2 and rayshader requires >= 4.1.0. I've asked David @ Hubzero to upgrade if possible...

Hubzero will upgrade this sprint and also install additional packages that we need: move2, sf, terra, rayshader, reticulate, etc

David @ Hubzero upgraded R to 4.4.1 and installed keyring, move2 and sp packages. he is having some problem installing the rayshader package, still trying... (see support ticket comment)
