From Pascal: movebank.org is now reachable for all tools; we can't differentiate by tool. If you prefer, we can differentiate by user group membership instead, assuming that people who would use this tool will be in a specific group. Let me know if the current access is acceptble or if you want to require a group membership.

I replied that the open access is fine for now.
