PR: updating parameters, data file UTM zone handling, navigation bar, probability validation, reset button, CSS #49

This release includes the following changes:

  1. When user changes parameters, appropriate action (raster recalculation & replotting) are done (issue #13)
  2. Added UTM zone handling in data file
  3. Added navigation bar at top to return to gateway (issue #36)
  4. Validating probability parameter (issue #37)
  5. Reset button now also reset new parameters (issue #37)
  6. Updated CSS with parameter error style (issue #37)
