@sinkovit , i'd like to test manually from the gateway's submit command to your code on Expanse and get data back. I was able to submit the hello.sh onto Expanse and have it run successfully. How should I call your code on Expanse and specify the data?

Steven & HZ recommends us to use R recticulate package + their python class to do the job submission to Expanse, see https://uccommunityhub.hubzero.org/support/ticket/53 for more info
