User upload from gateway home directory #8

Currently user can upload data files from their own computer. We also need a way for the user to be able to upload files from their home directory on the gateway

the shinyFiles package @ https://rdrr.io/cran/shinyFiles/man/shinyFiles-package.html (GitHub repo @ https://github.com/thomasp85/shinyFiles) seems useful for server-side browsing
