Froyo device does not connect, Eclipse terrible tool. #369

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download eclipse and install latest plugins. ECLIPSE IS A TOTAL PAIN!!!!
2. Emulator 2.2 works OK but device not recognised
3. The respository.xml is wrong version or sthg. Will not download.

What is the expected output?
Device recognition
 What do you see instead?
Only emulators seen.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 7, Galileo 3.5, SDK all up to 2.2

logcat.txt attached for the command:
adb logcat -d > logcat.txt

Sorry, but this doesn't sound like an ASE bug. Maybe look for help using the 
SDK?
