Move To SD card for interpreters

It would be great if the interpreter apps could be moved to the SD card.

Having several interpreters installed takes quite a large amount of space on 
the phone, and removing the (apparently unneeded) installer apk removes the 
interpreter from SL4A.

Therefore it would be great if the interpreters (and the actual SL4A app) could 
be moved to the SD card. This may not be possible due to the low level nature 
of this app - hopefully a developer can fill me in.
