Ability to fully manage wifi subsystem #513

Right now we can get a list of found hotspots with wifiGetScanResults, but 
cannot choose what AP to connect to. With that option it could be easy to code 
a priority list, for example, and automatize the selection of which AP to 
connect to based on whatever needs you have.
