VCC hole in board v1.0 is mislabeled #13

In sino:bit v1.0, the silk screen next to the positive supply hole says "VCC". In the schematic, VCC is the boosted or USB supplied 5V, not the regulated 3.3V the hole is connected to. If someone tries to supply 5V to the VCC hole, the board may get fried. The best way to change this is in the schematic: rename the net to 5V. This way, the silk screen doesn't have to change.
