Hi @khorner116 Can you please drop an email to support@sinric.com with your sinric pro email? I will reassign them to an existing active subscription. Will plan to add a license reassignment feature in the future to avoid this from happening.
Hey guys... I have current subscriptions for 26 devices and only 19 active. Two just dropped off an old subscription. I thought, it seems incorrectly, that they would just swing over to the open slots on the other subscrips. they did not.
So how can I reactivate the two items?
