What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start jMugen on Linux
2. Pick GokuHR
3. See how it freezes

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected:Loading the resources without any problems Problem:The strings loaded 
from the config files seem to get converted to lowercase. However this will 
result in NullExceptions on Unix-based systems as the files are not found.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Linux archlinux 3.12.9-1-ARCH #1 SMP PREEMPT Sun Jan 26 09:01:37 CET 2014 
x86_64 GNU/Linux
