On harp init I receive a "Template Not Found" Error #630

C:\code\uikit2>harp init uikit
Downloading boilerplate: https://github.com/harp-boilerplates/default
Template not found: https://github.com/harp-boilerplates/default

Not quite sure what I've done wrong here. It's a clean slate but every time I try to install harp, I'm stuck with this error.

@invot are you still struggling with this issue? Did you over come it? I'm going to close this issue, but if you are still having problems, then please let me know and we can address them then.

It was an issue with my local network. Sorry for not resolving this sooner.
