Should provide feedback that collaborator was invited successfully #111

Right now you’ll only see collaborators after they’ve accepted the invitation:

Maybe we could list users as pending?

users: kenneth@surge.sh, brock@surge.sh (pending)

Or maybe make it part of the “Success” message?

Success! Project is published and running at hb-remedy.surge.sh
         Invitation email sent to brock@surge.sh

Or both. Copy could use some work, but it’s a start.

Having (pending) would be best but its a bit of work. The success message with an invitation list should be pretty straight forward.
