Love working with surge.sh, and to show appreciation I'd like to have a badge on the site saying it's hosted by you guys. However I cannot find such badge, do you have any?

I think you could potentially create one here, just with typing in the right params: http://shields.io/

Not really talking about shields, more like powered by Surge kind of thing.
