when I deploy to a domain with umlauts (äöü) the domain is accesible but no pages underneath the subdomain.
when I deploy files with umlauts to a normal domain the file with umlauts is not accesible (example is http://javopics.surge.sh/pages/Ausr%C3%BCstung.html)
