surge.sh not hosting pdf files #302

Maybe I have missed it in the docs, but my website's pdf files are not being hosted. How do I fixe that? Or is it a bug?

The easy hack is to use pdf2htmlEX (which is also available as an apt package in Ubuntu 18.04) to convert your PDF file into HTML format. You can see my results here.

@sintaxi From #257, it seems like people abusing PDF was a thing, but the outputs of pdf2htmlEX seems to be easily detectable.
