Teardown by id #326

Simply not possible and seems to be the only way to get rid of old deployments that may have been messed up in the typing of the url to deploy them. Any help resolving this quickly would be greatly appreciated by the community.

I hate to put it like this, but two years outstanding on this issue is almost enough for me to try and find another static deployment service.

I've got about 15 domains, posting them all seems like a drag. Teardown by ID is a really solid solution to that.
