Confusing versioning #371

Hi there,

I'm a bit confused about the npm versioning of this package and the github releases. On github the latest is 0.19, but on npm the latest is 0.20.3, which is also what is on the package.json.

Shouldn't github releases (or tags) match the package.json (npm) version?

Yes, it's a little confusing to know when it's safe to upgrade.
