I am having same issue Surge : v.0.23.1 Node : v18.12.1 MacOS : Apple M1 Max, Ventura
My original email address and account were set up several years ago.
The help page says to use the Chat if you have more questions but the chat is down.
I did try v0.24.0-rc.15 but that did not change the outcome.
I successfully created a new account, used surge logout and tried to get the email reset to work with the new account. It behaved the same way as the old account.
No more password reset for me too, it just shows
Password Recovery - reset instructions sent to
with nothing after the "to", and no email.
It is fixed. Thanks!
It works for me. The email just took a bit.

I tried to use the forgotten password feature. I pressed enter on all three password prompts and then entered one more time when prompted "forgot?", I have also tried it with writing yes. But still there is no password renewal instructions.
Am I missing something?
