Intermittent 502 Bad Gateway, otherwise empty document #524

Hi! Our deployment (ae-web-fe.surge.sh) was acting strangely so I redeployed, and now I either get empty responses or the occasional 502 when attempting to load either a page or an asset. Looking at past issues, this seems to resemble other instances of downtime but I wasn't sure if it was just our account/build.

Could you please advise if there is an outage/problem, so we either investigate further or simply wait it out?
