No propper handling for duplicate role add #83

login to carznc.com
click mange roles
add new role
then enter role the exists (manager) which is duplicate and click submit
see attachment

Unnecessary. Looking at the practicality, even if they submit a Role with 
duplicate name, they can go ahead and correct it. This should not at all be a 
concern for the near future of this application.
