Secondary guild management

We need some way of having two servers working together.

Access to second server. The verification should be synced:
- If the user joins and is not verified, they should be kicked out.
- If the user joins and does not have role corresponding to their Master's programme on main server, they should be kicked out.
Permissions should be working, in general. We have to deal with #108, so we know that there are no permission elevation bugs.
Make sure ?role/react-to-role is linked to current guild, not just the main one.
