The Rubbergod ACL is highly dependend on FIT's database, which we can't and won't use (we don't need verification system, for now at least). We need to create our own access control system, which relies on roles users have assigned. Preferably as a wrapper, so we have as little problems as possible when keeping up with Rubbergod upstream.
