Change message badge colors based on message type (public / private / question / unanswered question).

Closes #364

Colors used in the pull request: Public: Secondary (gray) Private: Light (light gray / white) Question: Primary (blue)

If needed, they can be changed to any among listed here: https://getbootstrap.com/docs/4.0/components/badge/#contextual-variations

badge-light blends with the white background a bit. Maybe badge-dark could be better?
