Enable vulnerability monitoring for the repository #17

While testing #12 on my own fork, GitHub notified me of some security vulnerabilities regarding twisted. I think it would be a good idea to enable the GitHub's built in monitoring on this repo (oioioi/sio2jail and others as well).
