Hangs when changing semester to Fall '22 #38

Steps to reproduce: Change semester with menu in top left.

I get redirected to this http://hydrant.mit.edu/?t=f22.

oops this is because I renamed the section properties but didn't change f22.json. fixed (I think) in #39
