Reclaim hyperN machines #16

There are about ten of these in rack 8.03; the top four are allocated to Hyades, but this is not necessary. All of these machines should be reclaimed for better uses.

Note that hedwig-dev (aka hyper9) has not been released to general use of the board; it is still managed by the hedwig team.
