Audit access to W20-575A #8

It's not clear to us whether the current access list for W20-575A correctly matches the access list that we expect to exist.

We should make sure we know exactly who has access, and confirm that they need access.

Of course, we should also think carefully before revoking access -- many cruft may have access that they don't strictly need, but that they should have because they need to help out with the server room occasionally or to give tours.

I've gotten the list of people with access, but need to move forward to check if it's what we want.
