A few tweaks to the management of Janus events #5

Just a few tweaks:

for handle events (type=2), check if the event name is "detached" or "attached"
added a note on o= and c= addresses when parsing SDPs (type=8)
updated media stats (type=32) by removing outdated fields and adding new ones
changed the way VideoRoom events are parsed, and the tags they create
stubbed similar approaches for Streaming and AudioBridge plugins
