Heplify option timestamp for old PCAP #219

At this moment Heplify can only import PCAP with original timestamp . A good option could be add a parameter to change the timestamp to now and show old pcap in Hepic with actual timestamp when you import it.

I'll working on it and send PR when it will be ready
