Alright -- now this is the actual fix! ...Previously was missing the /opt/homer_rotate script from a badly formed copy statement.
I also tweaked the .travis.yml script, I'm getting different results locally than Travis was getting :angry: hahah, so! I will look into that later, but, for now it's still verifying the things I like it to verify (e.g. that the web app at least runs, and that data from hepgen.js makes it into the homer database through kamailio, etc)
