Add command to create dashboard folder #96

Docker-compose crashes at RUN chmod -R 0775 /var/www/html/store/dashboard as a result of the folder being non-existent.

thank you, but the directory storage doesn't needed anymore - they are in the database

@lmangani IMHO we have to delete "chmod for the storage directory"

Noted. I had noticed I was working on a deprecated version after a few hours of trial and error.
