Synced BouffaloLab bl mcu sdk latest code； all updates are as follows:

  1. fixed keyscan clock source
  2. fix low power issue
  3. fix setting that make timer inaccurate
  4. fix flash erase issue
  5. add support for 2 lines flash
  6. update command flash tools
