Updated forwarding examples #107

Updated forwarding examples to reflect current behaviour, see #106.

Please note, I updated the example in my pull request due to a today newly done test.

Hereby I discovered a bug:

In README.md lines 432, 444 and 456 (line numbers from my pull request), fromNumber should be Marty's number, but currently is from=anonymous.
