Make numbers in Thunderbird phonebook clickable #11

Hi,

I use sipgateffx withinThunderbird. I have all my contacts with telephone numbers in my addressbook. Sadly there is no way from the contact to call the person.

As one cannot copy the number either, I now open the edit dialog of a contact copy the phonenumber. Open the sipgateffx call dialog an paste the number there. This certainly is not nice.

I just want the phone button as in mail text in my phonebook ...

This is implemented and working, at least in the contact edit dialog. The contact overview is implemented, but doesn't work yet, because the event isn't being called. https://github.com/benbucksch/sipgateffx/commit/56be56af55e2191af5c857f62e61c4464c31a6df
