Some downloaded mineral royalty payment receipts have an undefined tax type in the filename #121

Describe the bug When downloading payment receipts, some receipts whose tax types are mineral royalty have 'undefined' written in the downloaded receipt filenames.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Load some clients with mineral royalty payment receipts
  2. Run the get payment receipts action
  3. Observe that some of the downloaded mineral royalty receipts have 'undefined' in their filename instead of MINROY

Expected behavior The downloaded mineral royalty receipts should have MINROY in their filenames, not 'undefined'.

Additional context The tax type written in mineral royalty payment receipts is "Mineral Royalty Tax".
