There is a need to know/find out which client's yearly financial accounts have been approved so far. This is very tedious to collect manually.
Describe the solution you'd like
A fairly simple 'data collection' action like pending liabilities that would consist of
For each client:
Log in.
Go to Return History page.
Set the period to maximum.
Set the tax type to income tax.
And for every period:
Collect status: Approved or otherwise.
Display the list in green and red, with the period and the status, this would be the output.
Log out.
And retry clients that timeout or otherwise error.
Describe alternatives you've considered
If you already have a reference number you can use e-Track status instead but there seems no advantage in this.
All the tax types have a status column, we could implement for all types and select income tax by default but the main need is to check for income tax.
Also we could use green for approved, yellow for in progress, and red for rejected status but it mainly just matters whether approved or otherwise.
