Edited user_manual.xml Added a section where a systemd control socket (configuration) is described.

It fails to build on Travis:

^ unable to parse user_manual.xml Makefile:458: recipe for target 'user_manual.html' failed make: *** [user_manual.html] Error 6 make: Leaving directory '/home/travis/build/sippy/rtpproxy/doc' The command "sh -x ./scripts/do-docbuild.sh" exited with 2.

P.S. Thanks for submission, I've fixed travis script to run documentation build on pull requests.
