Remove redundant code. #13

In this PR:

FFmpegVideoSource and FFmpegAudioSource (new class) are base class of FFmpegCameraSource, FFmpegFileSource, FFmpegMicrophoneSource and FFmpegScreenSource.

Update README and add webrtc.html file in FFmpegFileAndDeviceTest ta have all necessary files in this repository
