create jobs for development #3

This will create jobs for the branches (3.3, 4.0, 4.1 and master) from my repository on github. This will allow me to test the changes in packaging before pushing them to upstream.

NACK for now, I'm trying to minmize the job definitions, see https://github.com/sipwise/kamailio-deb-jenkins/tree/mika/jjb-unify/jjb for WIP (have to solve the problem how to pass a list of values into the {name}-source job).
