Add Ubuntu trusty support #4

Close :) See my changes in https://github.com/sipwise/kamailio-deb-jenkins/tree/mika/add_trusty - that should be enough, let me know if you want me to merge it or once you did, then I'd go for a rebuild of our base image.

Please, merge it when you can and do the rebuild if you think it's necessary. I will start playing with trusty with my devel branches ASA you finish. Thanks!

Merged and updated AMI, please give it a shot to make sure it works as expected.
