fire onComplete on startup #245

Hi,

I'm trying to show/hide few items based on checked items. This works fine on 
"onComplete". However, when I set few items already "selected" on page load, 
DDCL initializes fine and shows items fine but I do not see any changes to my 
show/hide elements based on selected DDCL items. I have also tried "destroy" 
and "refresh" but no luck. I'm doing something wrong here? Please help !

My bad! That was not even an issue... I was doing this in a wrong way.. Heck!
