DDCL not updating from database without manual refresh #257

** What steps will reproduce the problem?
Create a DDCL listbox with multiselect option
containing users list.

** What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
ddcl list updated with change in database without having to refresh the app.

** What is your environment?
MVC

1.4

-- jQuery UI version:
-- Browser and version:
Chrome

Sorry, but I cannot help you with application level problems. If you can 
reproduce the issue with simple, stand-alone html, then I may be able to assist.

I will leave this issue open, but out-of-scope in case others in the community 
can aid you.
