Where is the source code?

** What steps will reproduce the problem?
View the issue tracker and see all the issues being discussed in the year 2013, 
which have responses saying: "I fixed it".  Look at the Source section and note 
how the repository doesn't have any files with newer mod times than the year 
2011.

** What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would expect to see some code checked in within the last 2 years, assuming 
these issues really are getting fixed.

I'd like to get the latest version from the repository so I could try using it 
with a newer version of Jquery (1.9.0, preferably).  The old version appears 
completely broken on any Jquery version released within the last year.
