Allow the user to Import and Export transaction using the excel format

The 10Beta_2011-07-12_20h46m03s contains an initial development for this 
feature.
Export works well, however the import feature was not tested properly (the 
labels are not always imported correctly).

Still to do:
- move the import/export code into a SWING Action and make it reusable;
- make the code bullet proof to bad values in the CSV;
- Test the CSV format from google finance;

** The new version was still packaged, because it "tries" to fix an important 
issue where a user could not even launch the application on Vista.

Still, code will need to be re-factored later for re-usability.
